mazda 1.6L DOHC head 76k miles COMPLETE w/manny,inj, etc

I have an extra, complete head assembly: head, cams/gear/lifters/valves etc, intake manifold, even exhaust manifold if you need.. all bundled together for sale.. the whole lot for $200 + sh, has 76k on it an actually looks very good w/ slight oilwash (willing to break into individual parts to sale, but pm me for this.. want to sell everything together)
will polish cc's and carefully remove excess gasket before shipping

    I am mainly on feoa.net

I had to yank the motor due to the small crankshaft nose... timing belt was changed incorrectly before i had the car, and the keyhole stripped/bolt snapped (check cardomain for pics of this) happened back in 05.. well the top part of the motor is good

But won't this bolt to the z5 block and all? Someone said it would and then we wouldnt have ****ty valve problems and we could safely run boost...

hmm.. my bad, i thought the dx had the b6 in it

what has the b6? this will bolt right up on the b6 sohc block and make it a dohc
and i doubt it will work on a 1.5, if it does then you will need the exhaust manifold too (different) which i have
looks like the bore spacings are different too..

I didn't know this.. hm well do you want to swap this in before you turbo? It isn't the same as the mx3 (mine has more aggressive camgrind and intake manifold design) this one has equal length intake manifold runners, great for boost, or even n/a. how mazda engineers wanted it to be originally.. I'm sure we can setup some type of meet since shipping might be a little crazy.. after all im in "southern alabama" anyway..

btw i forgot to mention, but this is the same as a top end (cam spec, everything) from a us-spec 323gt (non-turbo)

id be interested because the valves are alot stronger in them and can take more abuse then the lego z5...

would it be possible to bolt a 1.6l head to a bp block to raise compression?

the 1.6 is pysically shorter than a bp block.

                              Head sold, thread closed.

When you get pics of the pistons/rods, you can either make a new FS thread, or let me know, and I'll open this back up.
