I forgot to mention, I also installed a GTR steering rack. The 2.5 turns lock-to-lock is a HUGE improvement! I've only driven it around the block so far but I'll get to feel it for real tomorrow after the exhaust is finished.

I finally got my hands on another GTX strut bar, after giving away my last one over 10 years ago. I've also started buying some GTR turbo parts. Hopefully I stumble across a GTR trans for sale eventually so I can start building this the way I really want to.Attached FilesComment

It's developed an intermittent starting issue. Most times it cranks normally and starts in under 2 seconds, However, I'm occasionally getting a random slow crank, the tach jumps and holds at ~4k rpm, and I have to crank it for 10-15 seconds before it starts (and it's sluggish to idle properly when this happens). I'm guessing it's either a ground going bad, or the eBay alternator I threw in. I'll get around to looking into it eventually.Comment
