F2T and FE3
OK...lol... time to stop buying stuff... picked up my F2Twith H series tranny, axles and a VJ11 with manny...looks like the H series will bolt up to the FE3 although the shape is a bit different..it seems as though the F2T engine and tranny combo is shorter than the FE3 engine a G tranny combo... intakes resemble each other somewhat. one the small throttle plate is on top and on the other it's on the bottom.
The guy who sold me this is a Mazda tech; he told me I could install 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 brakes on the MX6 knuckles...I have a short memory but I think he said the MSP6 rotors are 11.2 inches, will fit with a 16" wheel but will knock the sticky weights off...Anyways, I'll get him to explain that a bit better next time I'm in touch with him...11 hours of driving non stop to Toronto and back...I'm beat...91 GT- Li'l Bee (under construction)

the F2T & H transmission is larger. no question about that.
now. using the F2T transmission requires a whole new set of engine mounts & also x member mods. as well as slight frame rail notching & K frame finessing..........
Theres ALOT more entailed to fitting a H trans.
Start with the G series & deal with things as they come---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

and mazdaspeed6 brakes do bolt up to the probe/mx6/626 hubs. weve been using the speed set ups as upgrade for a few years. even the regular mazda6 brakes are a bolt on upgrade.Last edited by monoxidechild; 12-14-2011, 10:52 AM.~PaTricK~

Bigger is not always better, the upgrade to Mazdaspeed6 brakes may be overkill. A stock MX-3 V6 had 60-0 stopping distances equal to modern super cars that end in a vowel, (with the prehistoric early 90's tire technology). If you plan on running a 205 section width tire the MS6 brakes they would likely increase the 60-0 stopping because they would be insta-lock brakes with a small tire and light weight of a BG 323/protege. You would need to fender flare it and stick some wide meats under the arches to make the MS6 stuff a worth while performance upgrade. Although porn star brakes do look sexy LOLDominic Toretto rocks a MaZda and his cell phone number starts in "(323)"

im concerned about the spacing of the fuel rail mounting VS that of the FE3
Any chance youd be willing to part with the F2T dipstick tube & dipstick itself?? i really need to get one so i can solidify my block & get some oil in it.
That or part with the FE3 ones---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---
