Yep... I didn't think there would be a reflection like that, especially after removing the tint. But with a dark tint it should make it not so noticeable in the rear view mirror...
As far as the yellow dash, I have an extra dash and I'm studying what to do with it... maybe a thin yellow strip, maybe 2... but I nust admit I like the yellow because it makes it bright insibe... I'm going to change my dashboard lights (tach speedo) to rednext time I yank it out...I'll rebuild the one from the parts GT and install it in mine...91 GT- Li'l Bee (under construction)

I don't mind your dash setup with the Yellow trim wrap around, I use to have my old BG in silver. I just think the shifter console is a bit much lol-Jack

thx... I'm still sitting on the fence with that GTR engine...
reasons :
-I am reluctant to put a deposit on the engine as it's a large amount to put down on something that could disappear should the seller move with no forwarding address. His house is for sale. Suggestions regarding a safe deposit, or say shaving a couple of hundred bucks off the 1300 so I come get it right away would change things...
-I've learned that the intake ports on the GTR BPD head were made a bit more restrictive for reasons of fuel economy and and low end performance. If I understood correctly, the turbo spooled too soon with the BP head , so they modified the BPD head... Fuel economy is not of my concern.
-Not knowing the mileage on the engine scares me a bit...the engine is 20 years old... Technology in metallurgy has very much improved since 1992 so there are better choices in rods, pistons, springs and valves today should I decide to rebuild.
- I already have some internals for a rebuild that I will need to sell (although I see no problem selling them as they will sell fast)
-The GTR engine is a much easier route... and I'm very much interested... but even though it's a JDM, $1300 is a lot to pay for a 20 year old engine91 GT- Li'l Bee (under construction)

Yep... it's what I figure... Look... if I'm not mistaken, the minute I rebuild the head on that GTR, the valves become obsolete... they will become too small since the valve seats will need to be done for sure...
The GTR engine gives me low cosrt power that I can plug and play in no time... A rebuild would take longer... so do I spend 1200 bucks for some short term kicks?91 GT- Li'l Bee (under construction)
