On my SPEC stage3 6-puck in my wagon, I babied that car for the first 500 miles, even getting 35mpg for two tanks in a row!! I never launched it hard, and tried not to slip it too much. Reverse chattered like a mofo for awhile, until I got used to the nearly binary nature of the clutch. It did take a day or two of playing around with it to get it to take off nice.
super rock-solid through the rest of its life. After about 3 years, when the tranny was out because of a busted speedo gear, I checked it, and the friction surface was almost to the rivets. So, I tossed in a used SPEC stage3 clutch, but one with a solid disc, and that started slipping soon after.
You should be fine, provided you don't get too much heat into the flywheel or friction surface.
