parts to get tomorrow:
Civic battery tie-down + clutch reservoir
G-series wiring harness
BP purge solenoid + bracket
shift bushings + trans bolt
MX3 alternator + tensioner

I ended up splicing into the wiring harness under the driver's sill plate and ran a wire up to the switch and then spliced power into the plug for the AC fan relay since I don't have AC.

Never did find my reverse light switch plug.

I grabbed a clutch reservoir and battery tie-down from a Civic and a purge solenoid and bracket from something or other. took a couple of pics when I dropped the parts off...

Ok guys id figure id post up what i got done today, we are coming into the home stretch of the first stage of the build and now i am finishing the details for final assembly. Here are some pics.


All this couldnt be done without big bertha. My income tax gift to myself.

I ordered the last (I hope) of the -an fittings, with any luck they'll show up with the mandrel bends and oil drain.

Are you using a normal 2 row civic rad or the modified one. Basically I'm trying to figure out my lower rad hose

it's modified- the lower outlet was moved and both are now -AN fittings, I can't remember if there were any other changes

did a bunch of work on the car today- alternator bracket and belt are on, front mount installed, painted the lower radiator support (temporary, the engine bay is getting painted next winter), did some blasting and powdercoating, discovered that a Kia Sephia shifter doesn't fit in an Escort, etc

Brandon modified the downpipe to clear the water pump inlet, I installed the clutch master reservoir, some other stuff got done (that I already forgot).
