              Its painted with chevy orange engine paint with a base coat of black engine paint. Should hold up just as well as powder coating. The black is 1200 degree and orange is 500 so its tough. Thanks for the comments

              BTW, the mpv gets paid off this weekend so this project will get the wheels turning a little faster

                No real updates to gain any respect points. Just finished the rear vc yesterday. Also took the k8 exhaust mannis off. I need to hit the hardware store to get a cap for the egr spot. After seeing what the other side of the egr looks like, I surely don't want that buildup inside the intake manifold. Also pulled the k8 oil pan but I'm not sure if I can use it on the kl.

                  rockauto says its the same oil pan and gasket set, i compared a 93 mx-3 GS to a 93 mx-6 LS, both v6.

                    Wonder if its the same between the 95-98 millenia and k8.

                    So the new gasket kit I got had new crome rings and gaskets for the bolts. Just put them there to see how they'd look. Not bad at all. I have bling lol. I'll have to transfer the pics from this phone to the laptop and show it off.

                      ya man, same block.

                      those chrome rings are for the valve cover gaskets eh? don't forget to swap everything over from your old setup, there's guides i believe that need to be swapped over.

                              were did you get the new washers?
