Everything from the Escort will eventually end up in it once the body is taken care of and painted, I plan on restoring the exterior before anything else.

#2 eventually, yes. I've been wanting a clean 323 to put my stuff into for awhile now, couldn't pass this one up. For now the Escort will continue to sport the goods.
