yea definitely could use a cooler too and have it offset to the passengers side, or where ever you really wanted it.

Well today is a record for me lol, haven't been up this early in a while. Idk if I'll be doing much outdoor work today, as it is REALLY REALLY COLD lol.

I wish haha, I'm still contemplating on pulling out both harnesses to work on them indoors. Both need soldering still lol.

Soon tho! I hope end of this month the car will just be waiting on ECU signal

ya I've already damaged a transmission sensor wire, so i've gotta pull that to fix it lol. Luckily there's about 2" of wire off the sensor left.

I keep making turbo noises when I drive my parents Oldsmobile. I think I'm getting excited or something.

                        Today didn't anything today tho...

Here's the next list of things to do tho

-Pull engine harness for solder work
-Connect oil gauge to block fitting
                        -Add oil and filter
                        -Remove short shifter (Trading)
-Pull front spindles for bearing r&r
-Clean up axles & install (add fluid once system is sealed)
                        -Bleed the clutch
-Power starter to prime the engine with oil (it's been sitting for a bit, same with the turbo, kind of paranoid, plus I wanna check if my oil gauge works lol.

Then I get to deal with my fender harnesses...ugh lol, those aren't done yet and I kinda need headlights/signals for safety...plus the accessories too lol.

OH YA! Got my inner/outter tie rods coming in the mail along with that stupid $40 turbo coupler, boost controller, gtx/t3 adapter (future project lol), and 4300K HID bulbs (have ballasts in the 626 lol)

There may be more stuff I'm missing...oh ya! Type S BOV and flange are coming too! I plan on disassembling it and taking lots of pics. I wanna check the diaphragm.

yea I don't have the stuff to do a retrofit yet, I traded my clear lenses for the GTX ECU, which I need a bit more than the lenses.

I've never had any issues with police and headlights though, a lot of people run non-proper HIDs. Hell you can buy a plug n play kit locally for $100 installed. My 626 drove around for 7 months without any complaints either...no one flashed me either.

Well did some more work today

                                Removed the harness and ecu

here's 2 of the plugs I have to solder on

still have to swap the brackets over

Oil gauge is now fully installed

Also installed the rad/hoses to check clearance...holy **** it's gonna be tight for the lower IC pipe...

Had to remove the auto tranny cooler line for more room lol

Then started to fit my piping for measuring/cutting...

I'm only cutting a bit off at a time, started with around 2" off the 90 degree pipe

Then I cut 3" off the 45 that's tucked under the fender pocket

I had to really cut down the 45 bend that connects upper to lower pipe, I believe it was 6" off the one end, and 8" off the longer end

It made for a real nice fit tho...can't complain since it doesn't hit anything and the inlet is pointing out straight

So for people wanting to keep their stock battery, all you would have to do is cut more off the 90 degree pipe at the throttle body to bring the pipe closer to the engine. The center 45 would be roughly the same size, maybe 1" longer. Then you would only have to cut off about 1" off the 45 that tucks in the pocket.

Still have a good amount of piping and couplers left for the turbo to IC pipe too!

So next task is to tackle the turbo to IC pipe, which will be a bit tricky...but I have enough bends to make it happen (I hope)
