yea from what i know there was a total of three here in whitby two red ones and a blue one that had the lotus suspension set up.... but the rear end kinda ripped off the back of the car one day as i said thought it was a scooby lol awsome little car tho $20 filled the tanks and got 400k out of it

going to stitch that lower skin onto the protege top next week tho, found out today they don't care how it looks for safety lol, so I don't have to wait to do it after.

haha ya "tuned by Lotus" is just a fancy way of saying "ford made this" lol. I remember the hype about all that "fancy" stuff. I almost owned an 89? Imark sedan turbo back in 2000, but fell through...that thing was SICK. I'd drive another one in an instant

No I don't have a/c , but I don't think my setup would interfere with it even if I did lol

Yea that's what I figured, when I go T3 or T3/T4 I'll just stay the same lol. Just upgrade the injectors and tune the VAF a bit.

Pretty sure you won't have many issues man. What size of cooler and piping are you going with? If I can remember as well, the A/C condenser sit inbetween the radiator and the p/s cooler line and with my setup the cooler is 1" away from the cooler line and has about 2" of clearance before it hits my " new bumper" skin.

I don't know the exact spec of my intercooler...but its smaller than yours! I will install it this weekend if there is a good weather!

I don't see you having an issue man. All I had to modify was around the tow hook on the passengers (my passengers side lol) to fit a 2.5" pipe up into the body a bit so it wasn't hanging down. If you run anything smaller than 2.5" (say 2") on the passengers side, I don't foresee any cutting involved.

I'm sure space will be tight for the outlet pipe, but it was for me too lol, I said eff trying to make some universal piping fit half ass, and just started welding my own for better clearance purposes.

as for today, seems like a nice day so far! Just wish I had a car to steal to go run some errands for me and a friend...lol..
