I have more update!
Just finished drilling and tapping the oil pan and installing a barbed fitting.
Got the oil pan back on. First time doing that, so at least I'll know what not to do when I have to replace it when it starts leaking. [emoji13]
I had to order another intercooler pipe (a longer 45) and a 45 coupler for the throttle body. I think this will work much better.
Hmmm what else....
Got the bp26 ECU installed. Still need to swap the two pins.
Got a k&n filter and a 45 reducer off the vaf put on.
I looked everywhere for crush washers for the oil banjo fitting. I finally ordered some online.
I've got two 6" 3/4" pipes coming that I'm going to cut in half and weld in for the bypass valve and IAC.
The oil drain fitting is awfully close and a weird angle to turbo fitting, so I gotta figure out what I did or need to do there.
I need some advice on the oil drain. I can't get a good enough angle to not kink the hose. I guess I just need to find a shorter fitting for the turbo side?
I'm hoping to try to crank her this weekend, but little crap and parts like this keeps throwing me off.[emoji35]
I have no idea how you people fit your intercoolers behind your bumpers! [emoji15]
I took a large chunk out of the crash bumper. Looks like I gotta take a large bit off the entire bottom for the piping and intercooler to sit high enough for the bumper cover to fit.
Had my turbo outlet welded up today and it's ready to bolt on.
Supposed to be getting my 45° fitting and piping for my bypass valve tomorrow... and another package but I forgot what it is...
I need to get this dern intercooler bolted up so I can get my piping situated!
