Pics of JetHot Coated Martelius Header

I received my header today from Jet Hot. This is the same header Naprotejay has. He ordered mine along with his. I sent it to Jet hot to get it coated. As Usual they did a pretty good job. I think I'm going to pull of my Pacesetter header tonight and install the 4-1 header.

When the header is installed I'm going back to the dyno to see(hope) I get some more HP from this thing. It is a really good looking piece but that 2 inch collector kinda bothers me alittle........I dunno Lets hope for the best fellas.

looks good well, you've beat me to the install - i've gone back and forth whether i want to install mine as my current aged motor is running rough, has some issues, and i'm close to having the new motor ready.

I thought I could get a dyno appointment scheduled for today.Turns out the owner of the dyno shop I usually go to is going out of town and he wont be back till Monday. The backup shop I go to is booked up and he said call him on Monday........Darn! I took the car out and drove lastnight after installing the header and the car felt pretty good.Seems like it accelerates with a bit more urgency than before. The Butt dyno aint that accurate though......No choice but to wait it out until Monday Oh well

They charge 160.00. They coat the inside of the header also.....I think its well worth it.

That is beautiful. I am a new member and I would like to get in on the group buy for the Martelius Header if it's not to late.
I was reading up on jet-hot.com and it says that the JET-HOT Sterling coat is good to 1,300 degrees. Does anyone know if that is good enough to spray NO2? The other coating jet hot offers are good to 2,450 degrees but they're not as sexy looking.

I thought nitrous reduced combustion temperatures somehow...

and why bother with the B6? just swap in a BP already (I assume you have a 323/MX-3?)
                      Ask me about engine management!

As long as you dump enough fuel in and keep from goin lean you should be fine.

no, i have a 323sedan (protege) and i live in europe... to find a BP here is equal to chances that you will find a 10kg diamond sitting on a road.
Europe is BPless and that sucks big time

How long was turn around for them to do that?
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.

yeah sucks about the BPless bit... I heard that before.

I'd ship you one if you really wanted it but I'd need like, 400 bucks for the engine and hten 4000 for shipping
