Need advise on a engine rebuild

I need some advise, I'm going to be rebuliding a B6 16 valve motor off my cousin's MX3. The motor suffered from a over heat the car only cranks now.

I did a compression test and in 3 cylinders it reads 60 and in one 0.

I wanna know should I rebuild just the bottom or the cylinder head also?

Could it be just a burnt head gasket?

Overheated? Hmm probably just cracked the head... Take it apart and see whats up! Unless of course it has alot of miles then do the bottom end too!
**SOLD** 93 EGT with more suspension mods then your average riced out civic's # of decals + useless "bling/style/culture" mods! **SOLD**

I've got a working 92 B6 SOHC if you want it. I'll take off the head and everything and send it along if you would like it, as long as you pay for shipping and I dunno 80 bucks or so.
          Ask me about engine management!

Would it be cheaper to just buy a new engine...
Those things can't cost that much.
The head may be warped to ... depending on how far the overheating process went.
