    Replace the oem hose from the TB to the VAF with 2.5" piping. That's worth a good deal. 2.25" for a daily driver if you don't like revving it.
    I replaced the hose with 2.5", it did help, it breathes easier, seems to pull smoother from 3000-7400. My car is at the exhaust shop right now getting modified, I can't wait to get her back...

      Also, I know everyone wants solid lifters. Can I(if I found them that is) use '97-'98 BP camshafts in mine and keep my hydrolic lifters? Hydrolic lifters = no shims.
