exhaust manifold compatability question

I've recently discovered that my exhaust manifold has a crack in it, and I finally decided to do something about it. After much searching online (read: 15 minutes on Google) I can't seem to find anywhere that sells OEM exhaust manifolds for my 94 LX. I was, however, able to find manifolds for the Escort GT. Now, my question is this: Are they the same manifolds. I know they are essentially the same car, but they are different shapes, and I don't want to run into any clearance issues or O2 sensor location issues.

Is the EGT exhaust manifold the exact same as a 94 LX manifold?

I suppose you live in the US and have 1.8 Dohc engine, then why don't just go to a junkyard and buy a used 'none'cracked one....

If you live in Canada and have an LX then you have 98% chances that you have 1.8sohc engine, then my first coment applys too.

Note: Sohc and Dohc manifolds don't interchange.

I'm in the US and I'd prefer to buy a new one just because a used one might have small hair-line cracks that I wouldn't notice until they became larger cracks.
