Q For u alternator changin buffs......

Well I picked up another altenator for my 323 yesterday for 40 bux, and I am going to install it soon. Ofcourse what I was wondering is if I can slip this sucker out through the axle and that openiing by the firewall. Have any of you alt. changing buffs done this, or did you have to pull the axle out to change this sob.

I just dropped mine out the bottom, right next to the cat.

yea I dropped mine next to the cat as well, I had to unbolt the header where it connects to the cat though.

yeah mine came right out to from teh bottom...

how u been man havent seen you around latley., ..

if you remove the vics and fuel solenoid next to the intake manifold it comes out through the top fairly easily as well.

yeah, there should be room to pull it out the top.
