    Seat Duration Cam Lift
    Stock (intake/exhaust) 233°/254° .318"/.339" (8.08 mm/8.61 mm)
    Stage 1 254° .370" (9.40 mm)
    Stage 2 260° .375" (9.52 mm)
    Stage 3 266° .375" (9.52 mm)

    there 4 the miata thoe i kno some parts r the some but not shure a bout the cams.

      They would work, although I'd upgrade your valvesprings with the second two cams.

          There from Integral cams.
          92 323 with BP DOHC
          ported/polished head, regrinded cams, JUN adjustable cam gears, ported AFM, ported/knife edged intake manifold.

          N/A project dropped.

                There's a guy on Miata.net who tried Integral cams, but his car was a 2000, and was running the stock computer; he didn't make any power, but I believe he would if he could tune fuel/ignition properly.
