    How do i install a Autometer Phantom Vacuum Gauge

    Guy i have a 93 DX NA. Im trying to install the Autometer Phantom Vacuum Gauge but im not having good results please some help me!!!

    i dont know witch house use or where i connect the gauge
    '93 Protege DX 5spd'
    2" Exhaust System
    2.5" Custom Intake System
    Other minor tuning (timing, etc)

    I dont know how well you can see it in the pic, but on the front (belt side) of the intake manni theres an unused port with a black rubber cover over it. Connect youre hose there.

      you can connect it there? I got the same thing in my 1.6, but I didn't know what it was for.

        So what is the point of a vac gauge in a N/A? anyway, you can tap the mani or find a vac line and get a 3-way spliter and will be just fine. I tapped my mani. but it looks ugly. Cant really see it in the pic but if you look at the mani you can see hoses poping out and looks like crap

          Its ok i install mine in the top part of the intake manifold and work great!!!!
