    Car will NOT Start !!!!!!!!

I was driving to my house the other day car was running perfect, I shut it off went in the house. Came back out about 4 hours later car won't start.... I'm getting no spark at all, I'm getting fuel and air of course.... 3 Months ago I did a major tune up... Plugs, Wires, Cap, Rotor, Ignition Coil.... I tested the coil with an ohm meter and it's good.. I took the cap off to make sure the rotor was still on it was. I cranked the engine to watch for the rotor to turn... good timing belt... I went to the junk yard and picked up an igniter... still no start..... WHAT THE H IS GOIN ON????

could have a bad coil wire? besides that...are you getting ANY power? like can you turn on your accessories? stereo, headlights etc...? and if not, could be a bad power wire to your alternator....no connection...no power!

anyways, if it turns out to be fine...leave the car in neutral with the ebrake engaged and try to spark the starter to get the car going

      1. I don't think a coil wire is going to go bad in 3 Months or even 4 hours
      2. Obviously I have power if I'm cranking the engine to watch the rotor turn
      3. What the H are you talking about spark the starter

I've sit down and rethought this out... Spark starts in the Distributor and then travels to the ECU then to the coil.... Could it be that I need a new Distributor because my Halls Effect Sensor is shot?????
