Minumum compression ratings for BP

Hey guys,

I am still trying to decide whether to swap the head or swap the whole engine on my 91GT with BP.

What is the min. compression reading for the BP? (I wrote the numbers down but dont have them here)

I determined that an exhaust valve is bad but am wondering whether to just swap the head or go ahead with the whole engine? - the head would be quite a bit easier to do....

I dont have too much time so i would prefer to just swap the head and hopefully all is ok again.

Any opinions on what to do?

Does any one have a good write up on engine swap?
Also does anyone have a FSM for sale - i will post in classifeds...

For a BP:

Standard: 182 psi
Minimum: 128 psi

fyi, no difference between a US spec engine and a JDM motor dude, unless its the gtx or gtr. so dont spend more than you have to
