why would you wanna bypass it? If your gonna do that, just remove it.....

But it aids in cooling, especially if your just sitting in traffic, and seeing that your from HOT florida....you need all the cooling you can get.
    Eat ****.

ok, well here's what i did, they'll be a wire that goes to the coolant probe/sensor that plugs into your thermostat housing, you can splice/cut that wire and then direct it to a positive power source and it will turn your fan on, i wired mine to the headlights and it worked just fine for me, drove that way for a good month

      hope this helped

See mine broke at the top of the senor. Is there anyway that i cut the wire on the fan and connect it a positive power source???

so you're saying the wire broke off from the cooland probe/sensor?? then bring that wire to a positive feed and you're good to go, then just go to the wreckers when you have the time and get the female end of the probe/sensor plug

That wire is a ground switch, connecting it to power will cause damage....
I had the same problem. I took the connector apart and redid the connection and put it all back together.

That picyure sucks, but yes you can take the connector apart to get out the old wire, strip the wire and reconnect it and put the connector back together.
