How does redline synthetic MTF work in cold weather?

I'm concerned that it may be too viscous.

Ive had mine through the winter and it may be a little rough when you first start the car but it smoothens out quickly after a few shifts

In the cold winters here, my tranny is hard to shift first thing in the morning. I don't have Redline, I don't even know what's in mine.

mine was "ok" to shift, but after roughly 5 minutes it was as smooth as ever, even in the snow.

Yeah, it just takes a few minutes.

At least I got rid of that stupid metal shiftknob I had. Frosty in the winter, too hot to touch in the summer.
