iac hose elimination

ive been tacling this iac valve recently, and i found two of them, and broke both trying to take them off.......how many screw do u need to pull..? i only see one lol

i have a ractive cai on my bp and i have that hose hooked up to it. car runs excellent. been on there for 250000km and it doesnt run any different.
