how much does the gtx engine weigh?

my GTR engine weighed about 375 pounds with all the accessories on it. the GTX should weight about the same.

the AWD transmission weighed another 175.

all in all when it arrived on a pallet it weighed a total of 600 lbs with the skid

anyone got any ideas of what company to use that has resonable prices on shipping an engine? trying to do some math

you're going to have to use a freight company... like Yellow, Roadway, R&L, etc. their base rates are extremely expensive... but if you happen to work somewhere that does a lot of shipping they may get awesome discounts.

where i work we get 79% off the base rate for R&L, and 68% off plus cash back from Yellow.

plus if it's freight it's cheaper if you can have it shipped to a business address
