Clutch woes

HELP!
I can't seem to find a clutch kit that fits my BPT flywheel. I'm running a BPT and GTX tranny.

indeed, just look under the 323 GTR. pricey but it looks like they will hold a TON of power.

your other option is to grab a normal BP flywheel, and use that.

I have that one. I can't use it because it doesn't fit. Either they sent me the wrong product or it just doesn't fit what they say it will.

wait, which one do you have?? the GTR one? is it too small?

GTR is the same as GTX except slightly thicker disc 3.5/3.5mm vs 3.2/3.2mm. Mine is too big.

thers a disc thickness difference???is that measured from new discs?

i know they are the same . i thought maybe they sent you a normal BP one or something. definately give them a call if its too big for the BPT flywheel...

Thanks for the input everybody.

I put my spec GTR pressure plate next to the stock BPT pressure plate that came with the engine. They are identical except the spec is about 4-5 mm larger (diameter).

Oh, also the pilot bearing in the kit was too small (inner diameter).

If I can't find the correct spec kit, what other options do I have? Does anybody else make a BPT clutch kit?

is the disc & PP fit on the flywheel why not use em?

where did you get the BPT from? i wonder if it has a BP flywheel/clutch on it for some reason...

I got it from raceup.com or Rickey's Auto in Miami. It was a front cut from japan with ~84000 km.
