    Kia 5spd swap.

OK First of all I read up like 20 diff threads and still confused. Today I passed by the J/Y and saw a 97'kia 1.8 bp05 that is manual with 77k miles, now will that fit my B6 twin cam..??? I currently I have an auto tranny of a 1.8Bp.. I just keep getting mixed up with so many things peeps say on here F series this G serious that. So, I just need to know will the kia 1.8bp manual tranny be exchangeable with a 1.8BP auto tranny. Please don't bring up G or F diff.

yes but you need all 3 transmounts from the kia, and the shifter linkage. that is in addition to the other stuff needed to do the auto to manual swap

So much for Kia Tranny. I got there yesterday and some guy was taking the engine plus tranny. But I was hooked up with another pro tranny for free. No problem there.
Now All I need is the clutch kit.
