2nd gen intake manifold on sohc??

just wondering if the intake manifold from a 2nd gen protege will fit a 1st gen with the sohc engine.

I know it fits the DOHC but not sure if the ports on the heads are the same between the two.

no, the DOHC and SOHC ports are different from what I have read.
