When my buddy (sohc1.8t) had his 1.8 sohc turbo setup (t3,38mm wg,12:1 fmu, standalone) it took till about 45-50mph before his rear bumper was even with my front. I was lightly modded non turbo btw. What all weight redustion have you done and what mods are done to yours?

EDIT: I'm not trying to be an ass or anything I'm just trying to figure out how you're keeping up with a stock dohc. What stock protege lx or escort gt did you race to prove your theary?

im wondering as well, because i started out with a dx before i got my lx. . . it was not even remotely quick. my stock BP has outrun a couple of LS integras so i know its not fast by any means, but it can definitely hang faster than a mid-high 17 in the 1/4 mile. . . which is what my dx did.

Those primaries are too short for a NA engine.
