    Urgent 1800bp Na clutch help

    heya,

my car has blown its clutch out today
    so i need a new 1

my question is if im looking for something stronger should i go for the gtx/gtr standard clutch ? or to go to a FAMILA EXEDY HEAVY DUTY BUTTON CLUTCH KIT which is for the b6t but also says its for bg 4x4 ?

Welcome to JDMPerformance New Zealand's largest range of Performance Car Parts online on our website ### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ### Clutch Kit for Mazda 32...

i want to put a bit of power into it so i dont want to buy a lemon

    Cheers

The mazda dealers here in the states use the heavy duty exedy clutch as a replacment clutch when they do a clutch job. I'm not 100% sure if the 4x4 clutch fits on a fwd flywheel though. If you want something a little more beefy look into a spec clutch or exedy does have a stage 1 clutch.

4wd is identical to fwd. confirmed.
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

OR if you get a BPT flywheel you could use a GTX/GTR standard clutch and it will be much stronger

                no no no

The 4WD B8 powered car = LX flywheel

GTX/GTR = different designed flywheel and clutch

the GTX/GTR clutch and flywheel will work with the FWD box (im using one, so is jon and lex) but you have to swap the whole assembly (flywheel, clutch, Pplate) you cant use the FWD flywheel, on the GTX clutch or vise versa

its not some speical 9000000lb clutch setup
its just a normal 1800 doch setup
