O2 sensor 3 wires

OK , I will buy a GTX harness and I need to know if anybody here has an idea, because I have a GT o2 sensor ( 1 wwire) and I will need a 3 wires....

What I shoud do? Buy a universal one?

a universal 3 wire will work or you can hook up your one wire as well. The 3 wire just has an internal heater so it will respond more quickly.
