ECU Question?

I'm starting to wonder if I'd see any gains and I mean any gains if I used a Miata B6D ECU over my MX3 ECU? I've compared pics of the plugs and harnesses and it looks like it'd all work, I just don't want to buy one and it not do anything.

i doubt it would do much, however then you'd have wasted spark and youd be able to use a MSPnP or a Link ECU if you ever decided to boost it.

Not to jack this thread but I was wondering what the GTR ECU on my boosted BP would do.

drop in 460cc injectors and tune the VAF on the dyno and you should be good. eliminate your boost cut. jasoncsprotege is running one

the ECU is gonna be a bitch to find.

you could buy my GTR injectors... you'll just need to find/make a resistor pack for them and wire it in.

Yes, by about 15hp, but it's due to the crankshaft.

I was just wondering if it would give me anything, since nobody is for sure about this, I guess I'll have to try it, I just don't want to damage my engine.
