can i use my stock 1.8 harness with the bpt engine?? because alot of places dont sell the harness with the engine.

yeah, there's a couple wires you need to run, and a few to change on the plugs. if wiring isn't your thing, try and find a whole one or someone who's willing to wire it for you.No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.Comment

If you properly modify the harness it shouldn't make any difference. Of course the key word in this thread is "stock" so.....
IIRC, you would have to modify the stock GTX harness too since it is too short for LHD vehicles. I believe you need to add about 3 feet to it for LHD use.2005 Mazda 3Comment
