Passing emissions*****

If your car doesnt pass emissions, wait till your gas tank has like, 1/4 tank, add 3 bottle of HEET(in the yellow bottle) Theres a metal plug on the VAF air flow meter, you can turn the screw underneath(counter clock wise) to lean the air/fuel ratio at idle, and adjust the upper screw on the throttle body to lower the idle to 1000. If you do this, and everything else is in decent mechanical condition, you will pass with flying colors.

I just want to say in my cars without cats, I haven't, and nobody that has ever ridden in them, noticed anything out of the ordinary.
