    exhaust valve question

    when i had my engine out there was some what of a white residue on the exhaust valves but no carbon build up just want to know if that normal

    a/f are within the safe zone 11 under boost 14-15 at idle and under normal driving conditions

    yep, just carbon baked on there. you rebuilding your head or something? or just peeked thru the ports? lol

          soon i have to remove the rack because of the alignment job pepboys did made the passengers tire rub the inner fender rubbing off my undercoating and it screwed up my brand new rack when i turned right it would hit so now the rack knocks and i think thats what my front end problem is

          i replaced almost everything last week wheel bearings tie rods ball joints new clutch kia trans new axles

            i do plan to port it later but i sure hope the gas prices go down soon because 4.00 for 91 and 4.11 for 93 is going to kill me

              sounds like you installed the rack off-center

                i tried my best i told them that but i guess they don't know how to straighten them

                any suggestions for the new rack do they come centered in the box because i am not sure

                    what should it be at then?

                    trying to look at your vacuum line on your gtr manifold to see how you have them setup but its kind of hard to tell

                      you shouldn't ever run richer then 12.5 lean that out

                        what should i hook to the vacuum port thats close to the manifold flange is that where the fpr get hooked up

                          Yes, the FPR vacuum line goes to the nipple on the 4th runner.
