Will this GTX specific Aluminum radiator fit our cars (with no mods)?

I've never seen it before. It appears to be a decent piece for the money.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

i'm 99% the radiator mounts are different between the escort and protege though, the lower mounts are in different spots. so its not going to be a direct drop-in for you.

Jon's right. Lower mounts are slightly different because the hoses for the EGT rad are in different spots. Nothing a drill and some bolts wouldn't fix though.
No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

                      JHo,
Is that the BF chassis cooling fan on that radiator then, or which? (The rally car might need a bigger, better radiator sometime!!)

i dont know what the stock protege fan looks like, but thats either a stock protege fan or a Saab fan of some sort (Jho works at a Saab garage, and is always pilfering parts ).

nissan s14 radiators work pretty well in the EGT as well, but you need to do some custom hoses and mounts. this radiator would use stock protege hoses but need custom mounts on the EGT.

Custom mounts are my specialty... :-) Besides, I really hate the EGT's angled filler neck, such a pain in the ass.

                              It's the stock Protege fan.

The maroon car has a Saab fan on the fatty Griffin radiator. This one is just stock.
