I am not just building a motor. The whole car is going to get seamwelded and I will add some bracing in. the 450 is a goal, not reality. Even if I could get it that high there is no way in hell I would cruise around with that much power.

There is quite a bit of difference between the 335i and an EGT as I'm sure you know. I would say night and day.

Yes I know about the diff between my EGT and my 335i. I only took the test drive on the Autobahn so I cant say how it handles in the 1/4 mile.

SVT im with you more power to you, i dont think its to hard to get those numbers out of a bp its all about haveing the right combo and if you do hit those numbers and your sick of breaking trans why not drop it in to a miata then? thats my idea i want to build a bpt for my 1800lb festiva i curently have a b6t in the car making 163 hp at the crank the car is plenty fun and a bpt is probably just over kill but just to say you have a fwd dyno queen is good enough in my book haha
