    Header Shield Removal?

    I was fiddling around last night and I was cleanig up the engine bay. Idea popped in my head. Can I take the Header shield off or will it affect anything??? Because I think it is ugly. Peace.

      The heatshield is a pain to take off as there's little room for work. I wouldn't recommend you take it off as it's there to keep the temperatures down in the engine compartment. However, if you decide to take it off for whatever reason, you might find this thread helpful:

        take it off and get it powder coated black. Or just leave it ugly
