I got my engine back in the car the other night, and we bled the clutch afterwards. I know all of the air is out of the lines, and the slave works just fine, but the clutch feels really soft. Could the clutch master cylinder be bad?

It's an aftermarket clutch with a stiffer pressure plate, so I don't think it would be softer.
I think the pedal was soft before too, but I've been driving my roommate's WRX lately so maybe it's just throwing off my frame of reference.Comment

I needed to replace the master in my build because although the fork moved it didn't disengage.
