spark tube 2 4 are full of oil and got no power checked tappet seal its fine

Is the top or bottom of the spark plug coated? If the bottom is then I'll say piston rings. If its on the top and the spark plug boost that goes over the top then its probably just a valve cover gasket.

yeah what he said, i had the same thing happening on my FS motor after i changed headgasket i never thought it could be the rings though, ill have to go check those out
