does anyone know if there is a wiring diagram for the VAF so i can see if some wires could possibly be cross or something like that and just to make sure the wires are going to the right place ?

Was just skimming through and saw this, i've had this issue before, just not on the same car, but, have you checked your fuel pressure at the rail? You could have a dead pump or clogged filter and the only way you can get enough fuel for the car to run is for the ecu to make the injector duty really high, since high injector duty at a very low pressure is the same as low injector duty at a higher pressure, to an extent.
Hope this helps.

none i think i just put an axles in and out and i did have to hit the axles a couple of times to get them to go in so there might have been vibration from that to some part of the motor? idk i worked on it today and it started a couple of times and stayed started at REAL low rpms and it was shaking but it wasn't dying. Also a note this is running on the b8 ecu, if i put in the bp09 ecu (i have 2 i tried both) the car doesnt even stay running unless u open the throttle or open the vaf flap. Today while turning the car on a couple of times i heard a noise it was like a constant beeeeeeep noise and it would go away then come back. After a while it stopped doing it, it would happen everytime, iono where it was coming from

It's shaking because it's pig rich. Did you try the B8 VAF with the B8 ECU? It should run fine at idle at least. check that the spark plugs fire: take them out of the engine, connect to the plug wires and put them standing on the valve cover with the edge touching the valve cover. Ask somebody to crank and check that you get a spark at all 4 of them (disconnect the injectors to avoid flooding the engine). Also, rotate the disty towards the firewall just a bit past the middle, just to advance the timing a bit. Actually, try that first.

all i did was walk to the gas station after i shut it off and get some gas in a gas container and walked back to my shop threw it in there then worked on the axle i believe. then i tried starting it later started back firing and then it just stopped startinng really. you think i might have a clogged filter? how can i check that or should i just go ahead and replace it anyway`

ok so today i changed the fuel filter, and i removed the exhaust from the downpipe because i had a feeling my cat is clogged cuz exhaust pipe is getting too hot. the car started up and ran great, i threw some tires on and actually got to take her around the block real quickly for a spin! but now i need to get either a new exhaust or a cat, then i should be pretty much set to go, something still needs to be fixed with the steering
