    check and make sure your distributor is completely tightened down. if it is and it's still going out on it's own, it could be something inside the distributor is going bad.

      I have the short nose so I originally thought maybe it was the wobble problem as I used the loctite fix. 2 weeks ago I took the timing belt off and the crank has no play at all everything is super tight and the valve timing was still bang on (which indicates the crank is fine).

      However it seems like every week the timing advances on its own. The disty is as tight as its gonna get.

      The ig timing is the one that is changing.

        sounds like something inside the disty is bad.
        I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.
