Rust on the input shaft past normal clutch travel. Hangin up on the disc. Try and get some wd40 or something up in the bellhousing, pry, cuss, and repeat.

I always insert large pry device between bell housing and block. It works without lube which by chance is how turpro likes it
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

good lord me and Deathtrigga went down this same road... ended up being rust on the end of the input shaft hanging it up in the pilot bearing... it actually pulled the pilot out of the flywheel before just sliding out.

easiest solution............ IF: all the bolts are undone & removed.
Knock the clutch fork loose inside the bellhousing & remove the pressure plate bolts one by one by rotating the motor until you have all of them out. this allows a stuck pilot bearing/clutch/pressure plate/transmission to come off as one unit, to which you can then go forth removing the stuck pilot bearing
