ok so I have two starters and they both make this noise when I turn it over I don't think that both of them are bad but tell me what you think that sound is.

it was turning over at some point but now all of a sudden it's not and it's making that sound when it first made that noise I replaced the starter and it ended up making the same noise.
Haven't looked at the flywheel yet but I'll try and manually turn it over with a breaker bar and see what it does.Comment

I would have the starter checked and the solenoid and also check the grounds.Comment
