water pump has been replaced, heater core flushed out, rad fairly new and flushed out, thermostat is new. sensors are new as well. car heats up as normal, good heat inside. car isn't over heating at all. fan never comes on. and lower rad hose is cool. do i have and issue? system was filled with a vacuum filling system. just seems weird that the lower hose is so cold to the touch, but i did check my p5 after driving it home on the highway and its lower hose was fairly cool as well.
