Cooling system

Does the BP engine need any sort of "burping" after a coolant change? I need to replace the radiator and wondered as I had a Cherokee that needed a certain procedure followed to get the air out of the head. Thanks!

I usually just run it with the rad cap off until I stop seeing bubbles.

Fill it up, crank the car without the cap and stand by as it will suck in the water into the engine. Start filling up until it cant take any more coolant, and secure.

Just for the sake of it, check within a day or two after driving to check again to be on the safe side.
