    Bigger clutch MC

So it's looking like I can't get enough travel outta the stock MC to make the GT4 slave actuate far enough to totally disengage the clutch. It's close, I've bled the line and tightened the pedal linkage to an inch of its life, but we're just not quite there. Jon, Josh, anyone else who's done this stupid swap, did you come across this issue? I've done some searching here to no avail so far. Is ther a bigger clutch MC I can easybolt in place of what's there?

'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Can you not use a longer push rod?

I'll look into that. It might be the easiest option. I sorta did that by changing the pedal rest point, but I don't wanna hafta go to the floor to engage/disengage clutch.

ya, I wouldn't recommend maxing out the pedal rest point, last thing you need is it to wear out your throw out bearing lol.

Is there much play with the slave cylinder push rod and the shift fork? That would be the push rod I would extend/weld a nut on the end to gain some extra movement possibly.

the standard salve on a gt4 box is 15/16 or 22mm
and a fwd toyota corona has 87 onwards (and a few other toyotas will use it too) has exactly the same body cylinder but 13/16 or 20mm bore. i had them both in stock at work and had a look at them

i left the part number at work. but can get it for you if u like. might not work in america thow haha
