Is there a how to on running a diagnosis... My car is idling at 1500 and it wont go down with the idleing adjuster screw, and it sputters sometimes at idle.. It runs fine just a minor issue.

in the haynes manual it tells me how to do it, but it say 94 models....wll it work on 93 models as well? -
