my mom was driving my '93 323 and she crashed into the back of a truck, it totally screwed the hook up, is there any other car hoods that fit my 323, like meybe a protege or a escort...well if u have info on a new hood let me know plz...!
93' mazda 323 - stock 1.6L sohc, absolutely no mods
you could use the 94 protege hood it is the same i think
sigpic gtx swap, pacesetter cat back exhaust, civic short shifter, both front and rear upper strut tower bars, high flow cat,,mx-3 lower tie bar,mx-3 front seats, zxtuner poly motor mount inserts, manual seat belt conversion,mx-3 lether shift boot,
I have tried this and know first hand. The only hood that fits the 323 is a 323 hood. The only way another hood will fit is if the fenders are swapped out as well. Even then I am not 100% sure if the hinges will even line up.
The 94 pro hood has the same slanted headlight design as the 323, but is still physically 2-3 inches wider. Try local j/y's. I had a biatch of a time finding a hood for my 323. For some reason almost all of the 323's in my area have some sort of front end damage.
