I thought that the 323 had a shorter wheel base... making the side skirts not able to work unless they were cut. At least that is what I have read.Comment

Seeing as how the escort sideskirts are a little short on the protege, they may fit the 323 fine. If I recall correctly, there is a member on here with a 323 with them installed already.1991 Mazda 323 GTR Sedan

actually I have been thinking about doing just that..... fiberglassing the middle, sand down then bondo, then good shot of black...... easy side skirts
The problem is I have never seen an EGT (with sideskirts) in any of the yards i go to. They are almost always picked over before I can get there.Comment
