    you could get a paint company to make a metallic flat color that you liked. Someone posted about some mini that got a flat black metallic paint job in some car mag. You could get a metallic grey close to the primer... Just a thought.

      flat and metallic is kind of a contradiction in terms... a flat color won't really reflect light (like primer) which is the opposite of how a metallic works (the flakes catch the light)... so i guess you could have a black with a little metallic flake in it, and put a flat clear over it...

        Yea, but thats the point, its way different from anything that most other ppl would put on their car.
